Samsung Financial Integrated Platform 'Monimo' Launch

Samsung Life, Fire & Marine Insurance, Card, and Securities Join Hands

[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Samsung Life Insurance, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, Samsung Card, and Samsung Securities, the four Samsung financial companies, announced on the 14th that they have launched Monimo, an integrated financial application by Samsung Financial Networks. Monimo is an integrated platform that each company has been preparing since last year to enhance differentiated customer convenience in the rapidly changing financial environment.

With Monimo, major services that previously had to be applied for through each company's website?such as insurance claims (Samsung Life Insurance), car breakdown assistance (Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance), credit card limit increase requests (Samsung Card), and fund investments (Samsung Securities)?can now be handled in a one-stop manner. Additionally, Monimo offers comprehensive financial services that were not previously provided by Samsung Finance, including ▲account integration management ▲easy remittance ▲credit management ▲currency exchange ▲real estate and car price inquiries.

Separately, Monimo provides exclusive financial products available only through Monimo, such as blood type-based insurance, one-year maturity savings insurance, and the Monimo card. Beyond financial services, Monimo also offers various content related to health and more. Selecting the hub page 'Today' menu connects users to Monimo content in their areas of interest. For example, the 'Walking Challenge' links with the Samsung Health app or the iPhone Health app to provide step count missions.

Also introduced this time is 'Jelly,' a Monimo-exclusive reward that can be earned daily by completing seasonal missions, attendance checks, walking challenges, remittances, and more. Jelly can be exchanged at the Jelly Exchange for 'Monimoney,' which can be used like cash for insurance subscriptions, remittances, fund investments, and other services.

A Samsung Financial official stated, "Through Monimo, the first service of Samsung Financial Networks that brings together Samsung financial company apps into one, we aim to provide benefits simply through everyday remittances or walking activities," adding, "We will continue to develop it so that it becomes an essential app used by all customers of Samsung Financial Networks."
