Goobne Introduces 'Oven Basasak' and 'Dipping Curry'

[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Goobne announced on the 13th that it has launched new menu items: Goobne Oven Basasak, Goobne Jjikmeok Curry, and Goobne Cheese Basasak.

Goobne Oven Basasak is an expanded menu in the Basasak line, introduced 10 years after the steady seller 'Goobne Gochu Basasak' was launched in 2013. While Goobne Gochu Basasak is characterized by its crispiness and spiciness from powder made by grinding Cheongyang chili peppers, Oven Basasak emphasizes an even crispier exterior and moist interior by using rice flour and brown rice flour. Goobne expects it to attract attention with its differentiated taste that is crispier and lighter than fried chicken made in an oven.

The side menu Goobne Jjikmeok Curry pairs perfectly with Oven Basasak chicken. Jjikmeok Curry consists of two types: Tikka Masala and Chicken Makhani, known as representative Indian curries. Tikka Masala features a smooth taste with rich flavors of tomato and fresh cream combined with the aroma of spices. Chicken Makhani is a curry sauce that offers a harmony of roasted vegetables and fruits, the spiciness of rich turmeric, and butter. Depending on preference, chicken or rice can be eaten with the sauce, making it suitable as a meal menu.

When purchasing Goobne Oven Basasak, a Loveling sauce is also provided, allowing customers to enjoy the sweet flavor of seasoned chicken simultaneously.
