The Oryong District, currently under development, is already leading the new town market prices, so newly launched complexes are expected to perform well.”

Meanwhile, this month, ‘Namak Oryong City Pradium’ is scheduled for sale in Oryong District, Namak New Town, drawing inquiries not only from actual residents but also from regional investors. This complex will be supplied at a reasonable price under the price ceiling system.
