[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Daeyu, an eco-friendly agricultural materials manufacturer, announced on the 12th that it has launched four new products in its new concept high-concentration fluid gel series.
The new products include Daeyu Vitagel, Daeyu Calcium Gel, Daeyu Grow Gel, and Daeyu Mag Gel, expanding the lineup to seven products from the three released last year.
Daeyu Vitagel is a highly concentrated blend of essential trace elements, amino acids, vitamins, calcium, and magnesium that helps reduce physiological disorders and plant stress. Daeyu Calcium Gel contains special calcium and amino acids that are highly absorbable and mobile within plants, enhancing fruit hardness and improving storability.
Daeyu Grow Gel contains plant growth vitality substances that strengthen and promote vigorous growth, while Daeyu Mag Gel activates photosynthesis in leaves, keeping them green and fresh.
According to major regional farming groups and agricultural management entities, farmers who used Daeyu Root Gel, Daeyu Kala Gel, and Daeyu Down Gel, which were launched last year, have given positive feedback. They have received high praise for their excellent nutritional content, solubility, compatibility with other products, and overall ease of use.
Daeyu is strengthening online marketing to expand user experience of the high-concentration fluid gel series by operating a gel fertilizer experience group. The gel fertilizer experience group conducts activities such as providing innovative usage experiences and evaluations of the products.
A Daeyu official said, "The key point is that the high-concentration fluid gel series offers a new fertilizer usage experience different from existing fertilizer formulations that had drawbacks." He added, "Based on the effects of high-quality, highly concentrated nutrients and convenient usability, it will bring a new wave to the existing fertilizer market."
Daeyu is currently expanding its third factory, the new Goe-san factory, in the Goe-san Daeje Industrial Complex area of Goe-san-eup, Goe-san-gun, Chungbuk Province, with an investment of 30 billion KRW. The factory is scheduled to start operations in November. The new Goe-san factory will be a three-story building on a site of 34,311㎡ (approximately 10,379 pyeong). After completion and the operation of an automated packaging line, production capacity is expected to increase about threefold compared to last year.
A Daeyu representative stated, "The new Goe-san factory plans to establish a system for quality control and research and development (R&D) through the relocation of production facilities from the existing Gyeongsan factory in Gyeongbuk and the relocation and expansion of the corporate research institute in Seoul."
