This apartment complex will be built with 6 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, totaling 630 households. The number of units by exclusive area is ▲84㎡A with 260 units, ▲84㎡B with 70 units, ▲84㎡C with 208 units, and ▲116㎡ with 92 units.
ePyeonhansesang Jecheon The Prime offers easy access to Jecheon downtown and its surroundings via Naeto-ro located right next to the complex. It is also convenient to enter the Jungang Expressway through Jecheon IC and use the Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway (Namjecheon IC). Using Jecheon Station on the Jungang Line (Wonju~Jecheon double-track railway section), which opened last year, it takes about an hour to reach Seoul (Cheongnyangni Station).
