DL Construction to Launch 'ePyeonhansesang Jecheon The Prime' for Sale in May

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] DL Construction plans to launch sales of 'ePyeonhansesang Jecheon The Prime,' located at 469-7 Jangnak-dong, Jecheon-si, Chungbuk, in May.

This apartment complex will be built with 6 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, totaling 630 households. The number of units by exclusive area is ▲84㎡A with 260 units, ▲84㎡B with 70 units, ▲84㎡C with 208 units, and ▲116㎡ with 92 units.

ePyeonhansesang Jecheon The Prime offers easy access to Jecheon downtown and its surroundings via Naeto-ro located right next to the complex. It is also convenient to enter the Jungang Expressway through Jecheon IC and use the Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway (Namjecheon IC). Using Jecheon Station on the Jungang Line (Wonju~Jecheon double-track railway section), which opened last year, it takes about an hour to reach Seoul (Cheongnyangni Station).

Nearby educational facilities are well established. Jangnak Elementary School and Jecheon Girls' Middle School are within walking distance, and Jecheon Middle School, Naeto Middle School, Jecheon High School, and Jecheon Jeil High School are also nearby. The surrounding living infrastructure is abundant as well. Jecheon Citizen Park, Jangrang Sports Park, and Jecheon Olympic Sports Center are close by.

The complex is designed with all units facing south and applies a 4-bay slab-type layout (except for the exclusive 84C type). Additionally, the C2 HOUSE system will be implemented. The model house for ePyeonhansesang Jecheon The Prime is scheduled to open in May.
