[Asia Economy Online Issue Team] Broadcaster Hong Jin-kyung shared an anecdote about being complained to due to noise.
Recently, a video titled "Finally Revealing Hong Jin-kyung's Study Level (+ How to Grill Dried Filefish Well)" was uploaded on the YouTube channel 'Gongbu Wang Jjin Cheonjae Hong Jin-kyung'.
While preparing for the shoot that day, Hong Jin-kyung opened up to Nam Chang-hee, saying, "I had a really absurd experience yesterday."
She revealed, "Someone sent me an email saying, 'Hong Jin-kyung, I didn't expect this from you, but you were chatting with Lee Young-ja under someone else's house wall until 2 a.m.'"
In response, Hong Jin-kyung insisted, "I haven't gone outside my house after 6 p.m." and "I went to bed at 9:30 p.m."
She continued, "It turned out that someone had been repeatedly watching the video I filmed with Lee Young-ja," "I said, 'I'm innocent. It wasn't me,' but the person who sent the email checked the CCTV. They saw footage of some people making pancakes with Lee Young-ja and me under someone else's window until 2 a.m."
A staff member asked, "Why were you under someone else's house wall (doing that)?" Hong Jin-kyung, looking bewildered, replied, "I don't know," which made the cast burst into laughter all at once.
