Naju-si Accepts Applications for 'Jeonnam Talent Development Scholarship' Until the 29th

[Naju=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yukbong] Naju City, Jeollanam-do announced on the 5th that it is accepting applications for the first half of 2022 'Jeonnam Talent Development Scholarship' until the 29th.

The types of scholarships include three categories: 'Areumdri' from the Jeollanam-do Talent Lifelong Education Promotion Institute, 'Hanultari' applied through Naju City, and 'Special Designated' scholarships applied through the respective institutions.

Eligibility for application is elementary, middle, high school, and university students who, as of the announcement date (March 31), have had their own or their guardian's (father, mother, or legal guardian) residence in Naju City for more than one year, or domestic university students who themselves or their guardians (father, mother) possess a Jeonnam Love Resident Card.

The Jeonnam Talent Lifelong Education Promotion Institute is a foundation established by Jeollanam-do and 22 cities and counties contributing funds to nurture outstanding talents who will lead national and regional development. It selects scholarship recipients twice a year, in the first and second halves.

Applications for the Areumdri scholarship can be submitted online through the Jeonnam Talent Lifelong Education Promotion Institute website.

For Hanultari and Special Designated (Marine Energy) scholarships, a total of 13 recipients will be selected: 7 university students, 2 high school students, and 4 middle school students. Applicants must fill out the application and required documents posted on the city hall website (notices) and submit them to the administrative welfare center of their residential eup, myeon, or dong.
