According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 34,899 households (including pre-subscription, newlywed hope towns, and rental housing, excluding happy housing and officetels, based on the first priority subscription application date) will be supplied in 56 locations nationwide in April. Among these, 31,024 households are general sales excluding undecided quantities, with 19,272 households (62.1%) in the metropolitan area and 11,752 households (37.9%) in provincial areas.
By city and province, the numbers are ▲Gyeonggi 11,053 households ▲Incheon 6,879 households ▲Gyeongbuk 2,994 households ▲Gyeongnam 2,938 households ▲Seoul 1,340 households ▲Daejeon 1,194 households ▲Chungbuk 1,029 households ▲Daegu 1,001 households, in that order. The planned supply in the Gyeongin region accounted for 57.8% of the nationwide supply volume.
News about the 6th public and private pre-subscription supply also continues. On the 27th of last month, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (hereinafter MOLIT) announced that 4,530 households will be supplied nationwide through this pre-subscription. The subscription application schedule is ▲public sales from April 11 to 15 ▲private sales from April 8 to 13.
The planned supply includes ▲2 locations in Incheon Yeongjong and Pyeongtaek Godeok with 1,316 households (public supply) ▲7 locations including Pyeongtaek Godeok, Paju Unjeong 3, Yangju Hoecheon, and Incheon Gajeong 2 with 3,214 households (private supply). There are 3,523 households (77.8%) in the metropolitan area and 1,007 households (22.2%) in provincial areas, with more supply in the metropolitan area.
