The San-encheong Welfare Center art class is a project aimed at expanding cultural participation opportunities for people with disabilities who have difficulty enjoying various cultural benefits due to regional characteristics.

It is conducted under the guidance of professional art instructors, and this year's art class is composed of lessons using various art materials under the theme of happiness.

The first class starts at the end of March and is held once a week every Tuesday until December.

Director Lim Woo-bun said, "We will strive to help improve the psychological stability and quality of life of disabled users of the welfare center."
