'FLO' Dreamus Company Collaborates with Bithumb on Metaverse and NFT Business

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] Dreamus Company, a subsidiary of SK Square operating FLO, is partnering with fintech unicorn Bithumb Korea to create a metaverse and non-fungible token (NFT) ecosystem.

On the 28th, Dreamus announced that it has invested in Bithumb Meta, participating as a shareholder and jointly promoting business in the metaverse and NFT sectors. Bithumb Meta is a subsidiary established last month by Bithumb Korea. In addition to Dreamus, LG CNS and CJ OliveNetworks also participated in the investment.

Following the partnership announcement with the global developer Unity on the 14th, Bithumb Meta is expected to actively pursue differentiated service ecosystem construction and global expansion in the metaverse and NFT business areas through a strategic consortium with the current investors.

Prior to this investment in Bithumb Meta, Dreamus announced an investment in Beyond Music, a global IP investment specialist company. It has also invested in prominent production companies such as P Nation, RBW, MakeUs, and the global fandom solution company BeMyFriends.
