[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Kim Won-kyu, CEO of Ebest Investment & Securities, has succeeded in his reappointment.
Ebest Investment & Securities approved the agenda for the reappointment of CEO Kim at the regular shareholders' meeting held on the 25th. Kim's term is three years. He previously served as CEO of Woori Investment & Securities and NH Investment & Securities. Jeon Yong-jun, General Manager of Management Support at Ebest Investment & Securities, was newly appointed as an inside director.
On the same day, a dividend plan totaling 37,472,020,000 KRW was also approved. Additionally, the reappointment of outside directors Lee Jung-ui, Na Yoon-taek, and Kim Jin-han was approved.
