Following Gwanghwamun and Garosugil, the 3rd Flagship Store in Seoul
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Korea Philip Morris announced on the 25th that it will open the ‘IQOS Yeouido IFC Store’ at the International Finance Center (IFC) in Yeouido, Seoul, on the 27th.
The IQOS store is a directly operated store by Korea Philip Morris, serving as a premium store where adult smoker customers can directly examine the latest devices, try some of them, and receive explanations on device usage and maintenance methods from resident professional coaches.
At the IQOS Yeouido IFC Store, an experiential space called the ‘IQOS Only Zone’ for adult IQOS users will be created, similar to the flagship stores in Gwanghwamun and Garosugil, Seoul. While leveraging the advantages of offline stores where customers can see and touch the devices directly, the store also provides a place where visitors can take a short break or handle simple tasks while on the move.
CEO Baek Young-jae stated, “Yeouido IFC is where the Korea Philip Morris headquarters is located, and IFC Mall is one of the representative shopping malls in Yeouido,” adding, “We will faithfully provide premium services to customers who cherish IQOS and office workers interested in switching from conventional cigarettes to heated tobacco products.”
