A large-scale advanced business town will be established in Deogeun District, Goyang City, Gyeonggi Province, equipped with a rapid transportation network to Seoul. The protagonist is ‘IS Valley’ developed by IS Dongseo. Once completed as the largest complex of office, residential, and shopping facilities in Deogeun District, ‘IS Valley’ is expected to further enhance the value of Deogeun District.
Goyang Deogeun District is evaluated as having the best accessibility to the city center among the metropolitan area housing districts. From Deogeun District, it takes about 10 minutes by car to reach Sangam DMC (Sangam Digital Media City) in Mapo-gu via Gangbyeonbuk-ro, Jayu-ro, and Gayang Bridge, and within 20 minutes to Magok District in Gangseo-gu. Located along the Han River line and with excellent accessibility to major business districts in Seoul, it is highly valued in the real estate market.
The Daejang-Hongdae Line, scheduled to open in 2030, is expected to further increase the value of the Deogeun District area. Along the Han River, knowledge industry centers, residential officetels, and commercial facilities will be built, allowing residents to enjoy views of the Han River and the pleasant environment of Han River Park.
Meanwhile, ‘Deogeun DMC IS BIZ Tower Central,’ located in blocks 8, 9, and 10 of the Deogeun business district in Goyang City, Gyeonggi Province, is scheduled for sale in April. It will be developed as a large-scale complex centered on the knowledge industry center office facilities, including residential officetels and separate commercial buildings.
The knowledge industry center ‘Deogeun DMC IS BIZ Tower Central’ will be constructed with 3 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 21 floors above ground. The residential officetel ‘Deogeun DMC Aileen’s Garden Central’ will be developed with 144 units in blocks 8 and 9 with exclusive areas of 78 to 112㎡, and 66 units in block 10 with exclusive areas of 78 to 84㎡. The commercial facility ‘Deogeun DMC IS BIZ Tower Central Square Village’ will be designed with trendy layouts including separate commercial buildings.
‘IS Valley,’ where these complexes will be located, is within a 5km radius of Sangam Digital Media City and Magok District, and Mapo and Yeouido are also located within a 10km radius. It also provides access to major business areas such as G-Valley in Guro and Geumcheon, Yeongdeungpo, and Gangseo.
