Youth Map Making, Unfamiliar Hobby Classes, Vlog Production, and Other Activities Underway

[Wando＝Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Kyung-pil] On the 21st, Wando-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that the youth community ‘Wan-mang-jin-chang’ was selected for the 2022 Youth Community Revitalization Project hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
This project aims to support various activities of youth communities to promote stable local settlement and social participation.
The youth community ‘Wan-mang-jin-chang’ selected by the county signifies the growth of Wando youth through trial and error, and consists of four young people who love Wando, including representative Kim Yu-sol.
They participated in the project with the goal of inducing voluntary and proactive activities to form a bright youth culture.
‘Wan-mang-jin-chang’ plans to create a new youth culture by carrying out various projects such as ▲producing youth guide pamphlets ▲8844 flea market ▲grandchildren school ▲unfamiliar hobby classes ▲producing ‘Anyway, Wan-saeng’ vlogs.
This year, the county selected seven teams to lead network formation among youth and active youth culture through the ‘Youth Club Activity Support Project’.
A county official said, “We will guarantee participation opportunities in various fields such as youth community activities and network support, and continuously create conditions for local settlement. We hope that youth activities will bring vitality to the region.”
