Tobis Appoints Kim Chang-hoo as New Outside Director

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] Tobis announced on the 21st that it has newly appointed Kim Chang-hoo as an outside director. The term is two years from March 21, 2022.

It also announced the reappointment of Kim Young-jo as an outside director. Kim's term is two years from March 24, and the total tenure including the current term is four years.
