Basement 2 to 49 Floors Above Ground, 1,191 Units Ranging from 36 to 244㎡ Across 18 Types
Lagoon View Overlooking Sihwa Lake... Open Terrace Introduced (Except Some Types)
High-Value View Specialization, Infinity Pool, Jogging Course, and Other Premium Amenities
[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] Next month, a luxury residential lodging facility, ‘Hillstate Lagoon in Terrace Phase 2,’ is scheduled to be sold in the Siwha Multi Techno Valley (hereinafter Siwha MTV) area in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do.
The developer MTV Bandalseom C6 Development announced on the 21st that Hyundai Construction will construct and sell ‘Hillstate Lagoon in Terrace Phase 2’ at 842 Seonggok-dong, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do (Siwha MTV C6-1 block). The complex will consist of a total of 1,191 units, ranging from two basement floors to 49 floors above ground. The units will have exclusive areas of 36 to 244㎡, with 15 out of 18 types mainly being medium to large-sized units.
The biggest feature of the complex is that, except for some unit types, it secures lagoon views overlooking Siwha Lake. Each unit will utilize specialized views by introducing open-type terrace designs (excluding rooms for the disabled). On the third floor, an infinity pool facing Siwha Lake and a jogging course approximately 360 meters long will be created. Additionally, various community facilities such as an indoor swimming pool and restaurant, as well as concierge services (paid) provided by a professional service agency, will be available.
Each unit will be equipped with a Himpel high-purity oxygen generation system that maintains a comfortable indoor oxygen concentration, a bathroom ventilation system, and eco-friendly mineral paint finishes. European porcelain tiles and natural marble will be applied in different spaces, and kitchens will be differentiated with kitchen furniture and home appliances featuring special patterned wood designs created by internationally renowned designers.
Siwha MTV is undergoing various plans to become a representative marine leisure city in the metropolitan area. Particularly notable is the ‘Inland Marina,’ for which an MOU was signed in January this year as part of the Bandalseom Marina development project. A marina refers to a comprehensive marine leisure facility equipped for leisure yachts, motorboats, and other vessels. Previously, the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries designated Bandalseom as a marina planned district. In addition, benefits are expected from various developments such as the Wave Park, Asia’s first artificial surfing park, Bandalseom Marine Cultural Park, Hwaseong International Theme Park, and restoration of the Siwha Lake waterway.
The transportation environment is also promising. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s metropolitan urban railway department notice, the Sinansan Line is being developed near ‘Hillstate Lagoon in Terrace Phase 2’ with a target opening in 2024. Once the Sinansan Line opens, a transportation environment enabling easy travel from the western part of Gyeonggi-do to Yeouido will be established. Along with this, the Siheung-Ansan Smart Hub Tram is also being developed with a target opening in 2025. Furthermore, accessibility to Seoul and major metropolitan cities is expected to improve through the Second Seohaean Expressway and the planned Second Outer Ring Expressway.
