Bando Construction Wins 105 Billion KRW Busan Nakmin-dong Apartment Project

Bando Construction announced on the 21st that it has won the contract for the 'Busan Dongnae-gu Nakmin-dong Apartment Construction Project.' The project involves constructing three buildings with 3 basement floors to 42 above-ground floors, comprising 400 apartment units and neighborhood living facilities on Nakmin-dong 76-1 site, with a contract construction cost of approximately 104.7 billion KRW.

The Nakmin-dong apartment site is adjacent to Dongnae Station on the Donghae Nambu Line, allowing access to Busan's key areas such as Haeundae, Centum City, Dongnae, and City Hall. Nakmin Station on Busan Subway Line 4 is a 5-minute walk away, and Gyodae Station on Line 1 is also nearby. Within a 500-meter radius of the project site are Nakmin Elementary School and Dongnae High School, with Busan National University of Education located nearby. The popular Oncheoncheon Citizens' Park and the 3,000-pyeong Sumin Eoul Park are also adjacent.

Meanwhile, with this contract win, Bando Construction recorded a cumulative order amount of 305.4 billion KRW in the first quarter. Starting with the 'Daejeon Guam-dong 611 Area Street Housing Maintenance Project' in January, the company consecutively secured projects such as SK D&D's 'Episode Sinchon 2 Rental Housing Construction,' Songdo Samsung Biologics' 'Bio Plaza II Construction,' and KT Estate's 'Wonju Gwansoldong KT Site Apartment Development Project.'
