From now on, about 100,000 FPs of Hanwha Life's partnered GA companies can conveniently sell Hanwha Life products anytime and anywhere with just their personal mobile phones.
The biggest feature of this system is that it is the first in Korea to apply a phone number authentication system, which was mainly used for call center tasks, to an internal sales support system for users.
GA planners affiliated and commissioned by Hanwha Life can access the Hanwha Life sales support system anytime and anywhere simply by making a phone call from their personal mobile phones.
The company explained that this instantly overcame the limitations of accessibility and usability that the existing system had, which relied only on 'PC or tablet.'
Lee Kyungseop, Head of Sales Promotion Team at Hanwha Life, said, "By actively reflecting the on-site improvement demands of partnered GA FPs, we developed the industry's first mobile sales support system utilizing phone authentication," adding, "Hanwha Life will continue to strive to build a faster and more convenient sales environment between FPs and customers, as well as between FPs and the company."
