Shinhan Card Conducts Organizational Culture Training for All Employees on Metaverse Platform 'Gather Town'

[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Shinhan Card announced on the 18th that it will conduct organizational culture training for all employees on the metaverse platform 'Gather Town.'

This training was prepared to help all employees understand and actively participate as Shinhan Financial Group is promoting a cultural transformation under the slogan 'RE:Boot Shinhan.'

Accordingly, all Shinhan Card employees will discuss ways to increase the utilization of data across work at '1 New SHIFT Universe' within Gather Town by the end of this month. They will also carry out missions to understand Shinhan Financial Group's new vision, 'Easier and More Comfortable, New Finance,' and the new behavioral standards 'Shinhan WAY 2.0' with the motto 'Right, Fast, Different.'
