At the regular briefing that day, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Choi Young-sam responded to questions about the whereabouts of former Captain Lee and his group, saying, "There is no official confirmation yet regarding whether they have re-entered Poland."

On the same day, a media outlet reported that after former Captain Lee and his group entered Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, they attempted to re-enter Poland but were unsuccessful and are currently stranded near the border.
