Revealed at Apple 'Special Event' on the 8th (Local Time)
[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] Apple announced on the 8th (local time) that 'Alpine Green' and 'Green' colors will be added to the iPhone 13 series.
Apple, which unveils new products every spring season, revealed this through a special event titled "A Glimpse of the Peak," broadcast online from its headquarters in Cupertino, California, USA.
Bob Borchers, Apple's Vice President of Worldwide Product Marketing, said, "People are enthusiastic about the design of the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13," adding, "We are very pleased to add Alpine Green and Green colors to the diverse and beautiful lineup of iPhone 13 colors."
The iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini, released last year, were available only in (PRODUCT)RED, Starlight, Midnight, Blue, and Pink, but with the addition of Green, the total number of colors increases to six.
The iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max also have existing colors Sierra Blue, Graphite, Gold, and Silver, and with the addition of Alpine Green, the total number of colors increases to five.
The Green color for iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini, and the Alpine Green color for iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max will be available for pre-order domestically from 9 a.m. on the 18th and officially released on the 25th.
Other than the colors, the features, performance, and prices remain the same as the existing products. The iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini start at 1,090,000 KRW and 950,000 KRW respectively. Storage options include 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. The iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max start at 1,350,000 KRW and 1,490,000 KRW respectively. Storage options include 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.
