"Even Mild Spice Lovers Enjoy" Paldo Launches Two New Bibimmyun Products

[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Eun-mo] Paldo announced on the 4th that it will launch two new non-spicy Bibim-myeon products in time for the upcoming summer peak season.


The new products being introduced are △Kkodeulkim Bibim-myeon △Kkogancho Bibim-myeon, which emphasize a savory taste, unlike the existing 'Paldo Bibim-myeon.' Through this launch, Paldo plans to expand its Bibim-myeon lineup and offer a new alternative to the market dominated by spicy red sauce.


Kkodeulkim Bibim-myeon features a seasoning based on perilla seed sauce, allowing consumers to enjoy both the mildness and umami of perilla oil. The included powder soup contains whole perilla seeds and seaweed harvested from the Namhae coast to enhance texture. Kkogancho Bibim-myeon is characterized by a seasoning made from fermented soy sauce and apple vinegar, delivering a clean and refreshing taste. To add savoriness, it includes a separate powder soup with whole sesame seeds and sesame oil.


A Paldo representative said, "These two new products embody all of Paldo's expertise that has maintained the number one position in the seasonal noodle market," adding, "We will continue to introduce products that satisfy customers with diverse preferences."


The new products will be launched through Kakao Shopping Live at 7 PM on the 5th and will be available for purchase at major offline channels starting from the 10th.
