As it is an area excluded from the price ceiling system, resale is possible after ownership transfer registration. The payment terms are 10% deposit, 40% interim payment, and 50% balance, with the 40% interim payment subject to deferred interest. Move-in is scheduled for July 2024.

A Shinyoung Construction official said, "It is located in an ultra-station area near Gaebong Station on Subway Line 1, adjacent to elementary, middle, and high schools, making it a school district, and it is also a mall district with various convenience facilities.
