‘Songdo Lux Ocean SK View’ in Songdo, Incheon is about to begin contracts with the winners. Located in Landmark City (Districts 6 and 8), which embodies the core future value of Songdo, and combining several elements that meet the criteria of a ‘smart home’ such as a rare ocean view in the metropolitan area, brand, and product quality, the contracts are expected to proceed smoothly.
The contract period for the winners of Songdo Lux Ocean SK View will be held for 10 days from Monday, February 28 to Thursday, March 10, excluding the presidential election day (March 9). In particular, most of the exclusive 84㎡ units are priced under 900 million KRW, allowing mid-term loan financing, which is expected to lead to contracts from low-price point real demand buyers wishing to move into Songdo.
Even within Songdo, the future value is highly regarded as it is located in Landmark City (Districts 6 and 8), where investment and development enthusiasm is hot. Currently, a development project covering 1.28 million square meters is underway in Districts 6 and 8, and after going through Incheon City’s investment attraction review next month and administrative procedures, construction is expected to begin as early as 2024. This development project is expected to transform the area into an urban theme park combining culture, art, and tourism, including a 103-story super high-rise building.
Additionally, the complex is located right in front of the West Sea, allowing residents to enjoy ocean views from their homes, increasing its rarity value. Some unit types feature ocean view-specialized floor plans with open terraces, and various community facilities linked to the views such as a sunset lounge and guest rooms will be established to maximize the scenery.
An official from a real estate agency in Songdo said, “Recently, as complexes in Songdo have been selling out, the enthusiasm is still alive, so now is the right time for real demand buyers wishing to move into Songdo.” He added, “Songdo Lux Ocean SK View is relatively affordable compared to other complexes when carefully considering factors such as high floors and design, and it benefits directly from large-scale development projects, so contracts are expected to continue as price adjustments are anticipated in the future.”
Meanwhile, Songdo Lux Ocean SK View is located in Landmark City, Songdo International City, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, and is a large complex with a total of 1,114 units from basement level 2 to ground level 49.
Move-in is scheduled for March 2025.
