KT to Showcase 'AI Contact Center' at '2022 MWC' At a restaurant in Seoul, the KT AI Call Secretary is answering phone calls on behalf of the owner.


[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] KT announced on the 24th that it will showcase the ‘KT AI Contact Center (AICC)’ at the world’s largest mobile telecommunications exhibition, ‘Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2022,’ held in Barcelona, Spain, from February 28 to March 3.


At this exhibition, KT will introduce how it provides AICC services in three sectors: Business-to-Consumer (B2C), Business-to-Business (B2B), and Business-to-Government (B2G).


In the B2C sector, the ‘AI Call Assistant’ answers calls on behalf of busy small business owners. In the B2G sector, actual cases of AI care services applied with ‘KT AICC’ will be presented, showing how it serves as a companion for the elderly and improves the efficiency of government officials’ work.


In the B2B sector, the exhibition will showcase a call center applying the ‘Voice Authentication’ solution, which enables identity verification using voice prints, and the ‘Consultation Assist’ solution, which recommends consultation knowledge and answers in real-time to help even novice counselors handle inquiries easily.


In particular, KT’s flagship B2C service, the ‘AI Call Assistant,’ will be available for visitors to indirectly experience through an AI Call Assistant experience zone, with English audio provided. Through a virtual scenario, visitors can directly hear how the ‘AI Call Assistant’ handles reservation inquiries, parking, and operating hours questions on behalf of customers.
