K-TOP REITs Announces 40 Won Per Share Year-End Dividend... 37 Billion Won Fund Borrowing

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] K-Top REITs announced on the 21st that it has decided on a cash dividend of 40 KRW per common share as a year-end dividend. The dividend yield is 2.7%, and the dividend record date is December 31, 2021.

It also disclosed that it borrowed 37 billion KRW for facility funds. This amount is 47.1% of its equity capital.
