GS Construction Wins Bulgwang 5 District Project... Surpasses 1 Trillion KRW in Orders This Year

According to GS Construction on the 13th, the redevelopment association of Bulgwang 5 District in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, held a general meeting for selecting a construction company the day before and finally selected GS Construction as the contractor.

This project involves building apartments with 3 basement floors to 24 above-ground floors, 32 buildings, and a total of 2,387 households. The construction cost is 629.1 billion KRW. GS Construction proposed the complex name as 'Bukhansan Xi The Prestige.'

On the same day, GS Construction also secured the construction rights for the reconstruction project of Guseo 5 District in Guseo-dong, Geumjeong-gu, Busan. This project consists of 5 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, 6 buildings, and 805 households. The construction cost is 265.9 billion KRW.

Accordingly, the cumulative order amount this year has surpassed 1 trillion KRW, reaching 1.5174 trillion KRW.
