Hyundai Construction officially opens the cyber model house for ‘Hillstate Lake Songdo Phase 4’ today (11th) in the Songdo-dong area of Yeonsu-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and begins full-scale sales.
Hillstate Lake Songdo Phase 4 consists of 12 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 36 floors above ground, offering a total of 1,319 units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 165㎡. The number of units by exclusive area is as follows: △84㎡A 145 units △84㎡B 264 units △84㎡C 278 units △99㎡A 350 units △99㎡B 55 units △109㎡A0 95 units △109㎡A1 123 units △165㎡P0 7 units △165㎡P1 2 units.
Songdo Landmark City is being developed as an international city harmonizing residential facilities, international facilities, tourism, and leisure on a site of approximately 5.8 million square meters.
The core facility, the Waterfront Lake, is located nearby, and the Songdo Dalbit Festival Park and the Jack Nicklaus Golf Club are also adjacent, enabling a pleasant residential environment. Additionally, a landmark city waterfront park, the first of its kind, covering a total area of 263,000㎡ and stretching 4.2 km along the West Sea coastline near the complex, is planned.
Within a 10-minute drive from the complex is the ‘Songdo Dalbit Festival Park Station’ on Incheon Subway Line 1. Within walking distance of Hillstate Lake Songdo Phase 4 is Haeyang Elementary School No. 3 (scheduled for September 2024), and Incheon Hyunsong Middle School (scheduled for March 2022) will also be established. Furthermore, prestigious schools such as Chadwick International School, the Science and Arts Gifted School, Incheon National University Songdo Campus, and Yonsei University International Campus are nearby.
Large shopping centers such as Costco, Lotte Mart (Songdo branch), Hyundai Premium Outlet, and Homeplus (Songdo branch) are located close by. Additionally, Lotte Mall Songdo (planned), Shinsegae Complex Mall (planned), and Songdo Severance Hospital (scheduled for 2026) will be established, enabling convenient residential life.
Moreover, the GTX-B line, a metropolitan express railway, is scheduled to open in Songdo International City. The GTX-B line will connect Songdo International City to Yeouido in Seoul and Namyangju (Maseok) in Gyeonggi Province. Incheon National University Station, where the GTX-B line will be located, is within a 2 km radius of the complex.
In addition, KTX Songdo Station is planned at Songdo Station on the Suin Line of the metropolitan subway, and the Songdo Internal Circulation Tram (planned) and the 2nd Metropolitan Ring Expressway are also planned.
A sky lounge will be created on the 30th and 31st floors above ground within the complex, and a guest house will also be introduced. Sports facilities such as screen tennis, screen golf, indoor golf practice range, fitness center, table tennis room, and GX room, as well as study rooms, a reading room, an imagination library, a kids’ library, and the H i-Sup (indoor children’s playground) will be established.
