Yongsan Wonhyo Lumini is a complex where Lotte Construction's newly launched urban residential brand 'Lumini' is applied, and it plans to supply 465 units out of a total of 752 units as private supply.

Yongsan Wonhyo Lumini is a station-area youth housing, a housing supply project cooperatively provided by the private and public sectors to supply housing to people in their 20s and 30s in a public transportation-centered station area. The 465 private rental units supplied this time are priced at 60% to 70% of the market price near downtown Seoul, and low-interest deposit loans are available.

The complex is located at 104 Wonhyo-ro 1-ga, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and three other lots, consisting of a total of 752 units from 6 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, and neighborhood living facilities on the 1st and 2nd floors with a total of 20 rooms. The number of units by housing type is composed of five types: exclusive areas ▲15㎡A 14 units ▲15㎡B 2 units ▲33㎡ 188 units ▲43㎡A 216 units ▲43㎡B 45 units.

It is a super-station area complex located 150 meters in a straight line from Namyeong Station on Subway Line 1, allowing access to downtown business areas such as Jongno and City Hall within 15 minutes.
