The Pan-Government Central Accident Response Headquarters and the Regional Accident Response Integrated Countermeasures Headquarters stated at the regular briefing on the 2nd, "At around 4:20 PM the previous day, a part of the body of a buried person was found on the 26th floor, Line 2, Unit 2."
