Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction Receives Notice of Award for 1 Trillion KRW Saudi Arabia Project

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction announced on the 28th that it has received a letter of award for a casting and forging plant construction project in Saudi Arabia worth 850 million dollars (approximately 1.022 trillion KRW).

The company stated, “This project involves constructing a casting and forging plant with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons in the Ras Al Khair area of eastern Saudi Arabia, and we have received the letter of award from the Saudi Industrial Investment Company,” adding, “We plan to disclose confirmed details upon signing the main contract related to this project in the future.”
