Busan Gwangandong and Busan Yeonsandong Projects Valued at 164.1 Billion and 65.9 Billion Respectively
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] DL Construction announced on the 28th that it has secured construction rights for two small-scale housing maintenance projects: the 373BL Street Housing Maintenance Project in Gwangandong, Busan, and the Handok Apartment Small-scale Reconstruction Project in Busan. The total construction cost is approximately 230 billion KRW.
The 373BL Street Housing Maintenance Project in Gwangandong, Suyeong-gu, Busan, involves constructing apartment complexes with 4 buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to a maximum of 37 floors above ground. It consists of 524 apartment units and 57 officetel units. The total construction cost is about 164.1 billion KRW, and the construction period is approximately 38 months from the actual start date.
This project site is equipped with excellent living infrastructure. Nearby, transportation within Busan is convenient via Suyeong-ro, Gwangandaegyo Bridge, and Gwangan Tunnel. Geumryeonsan Station on Busan Subway Line 2 is a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, within a 1 km radius are Hoam Elementary School and Busan Suyeong Middle School.
The Handok Apartment Small-scale Reconstruction Project is planned to take place in 1873-30 Yeonsan-dong, Yeonje-gu, Busan. It will feature apartment complexes and auxiliary welfare facilities with 3 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 26 floors above ground. The apartment complex will have 251 units. The total construction cost is approximately 65.9 billion KRW.
Near Handok Apartment are Mulmangol Station and Baesan Station on Busan Subway Line 3. Also, Yeonmi Elementary School, Yeonje Middle School, and Yeonje High School are nearby.
Last year, DL Construction secured orders and project rights for projects including 657-1 Mok-dong, Seoul; Daemyung LH Participatory Project, Daegu; Seokgwan 1-3 District, Seoul; 84-1 Suchang-dong, Daegu; Yucheon 1BL and 2BL, Daejeon; and Namju-dong 2 District, Cheongju, Chungbuk.
A DL Construction official said, "Our design know-how combined with the brand value of ’e-Pyeonhansesang’ enabled us to achieve construction rights acquisition. We are also striving to demonstrate our housing project capabilities in small-scale housing maintenance projects."
