[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] SK Innovation stated on the 28th during the Q4 earnings conference call that "SK On's initial public offering (IPO) is not being considered at all at this time."

They added, "The company plans to make a careful decision without rushing, considering SK On's growth potential and the pace of profitability improvement regarding the IPO," and explained, "We will provide a separate explanation once a specific timing is decided in the future."

They also mentioned, "We understand that various opinions have recently emerged in the political sphere regarding physical division and dual listing," and added, "Since it is difficult to predict what direction these opinions will institutionalize in the future, they are not affecting the company's plans related to the IPO."
