Gyeryong Construction Consortium to Launch 'Elif Sejong 6-3' Sale Next Month

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] The Gyeryong Construction Consortium announced on the 28th that it will sell "Elif Sejong 6-3" in M4 Block of Sanwool-dong 6-3 Living Zone, Sejong City next month.

The complex will consist of 1,035 households in 16 buildings (2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors) with exclusive areas ranging from 46 to 84㎡. Among them, the first 876 households to be introduced consist of 560 public sale units (74㎡ and 84㎡) and 316 newlywed hope town units (46㎡ and 55㎡).

A BRT station is located in front of the complex, providing good accessibility not only to the Government Sejong Complex but also to Osong Station and Daejeon Station where KTX stops. The internal and external circular highways within the Happy City and the Pocheon-Sejong Expressway are also scheduled to open.

Nearby, there is living infrastructure such as Homeplus and Sejong Chungnam National University Hospital, and Sejong City's first integrated elementary and middle school, Sanwool Elementary and Middle School, as well as a campus-type high school, are also scheduled to open.
