Construction company Sangji Kailum announced on the 25th that it held a groundbreaking ceremony and a safety prayer ritual wishing for safe construction of ‘Walkerhill Hangang’.
‘Walkerhill Hangang’ is a premium residence with views of the Hangang River and proximity to the Achasan forest area, presenting a new form of luxury housing culture that embraces both urban life and nature.
In particular, with Sangji Kailum, known for its successful track record in luxury urban housing, taking charge of construction, most units have been sold out amid high interest. Currently, only duplex units and penthouse units are available for sale.
‘Walkerhill Hangang’ will be built on a 1,968㎡ site with 22 units across two basement floors and four above-ground floors. The first floor of the general units features gardens, the second and third floors have open terraces, the fourth floor includes rooftop terraces, and the penthouses span three floors with rooftop terraces specialized with water features.
