An arrest warrant for Won Mo (22), the wife of the main suspect among those accused of forcibly detaining and confining a man in his 20s who escaped from a real estate sales dormitory, was dismissed.

On the 27th, Im Hae-ji, the chief judge in charge of warrants at the Seoul Southern District Court, conducted a substantive review of the warrant for Won Mo, who is charged with special confinement causing injury, and stated, "Considering that Won admits to each crime, related evidence has already been collected, and that she has a fixed residence, it is difficult to see any risk of evidence destruction or flight," thus dismissing the arrest warrant.

According to the Gangseo Police Station in Seoul, Mr. A found the dormitory after seeing a post on an online community stating 'providing food and lodging to runaways,' but escaped two weeks later. Subsequently, in the early morning of the 4th, he was caught in front of a motel in Myeonmok-dong and subjected to harsh treatment, including being hit with a wooden sword. Then, at 10:08 a.m. on the 9th, while attempting to escape by climbing over the veranda onto an external roof, he fell from the height of the 7th floor and fell into critical condition.

On the 19th, the police applied charges of special confinement causing injury to Park and three others and sent them to the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office for detention. Kim Mo, Choi Mo, and Won Mo were also additionally booked on the same charges, and on the 24th, the Seoul Southern District Court issued arrest warrants for Kim and Choi, citing concerns over flight and evidence destruction.
