Hoban Construction to Launch Sales of 'Hoban Summit Grand Central' in Daejeon in February

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Hoban Construction announced on the 27th that it will launch sales of 'Hoban Summit Grand Central' in February in the Doma-dong area of Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City.

Hoban Summit Grand Central consists of 11 buildings, ranging from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, with a total of 1,558 households. Among them, 1,017 households with exclusive areas of 39 to 84㎡ will be sold to the general public. By exclusive area, there are △18 units of 39㎡ △97 units of 49㎡ △280 units of 59㎡ △131 units of 74㎡A △257 units of 74㎡B △234 units of 84㎡.

The Doma Byeon-dong Redevelopment Promotion Zone, where the complex is located, currently has a total of 11 zones under planning and development. Upon completion, it will become a new residential town with about 22,000 households.

The complex has excellent transportation conditions. It has a well-connected road network including Doma Intersection, Gyebaek-ro, and Dosan-ro, and easy access to Honam Expressway and Tongyeong-Daejeon Expressway. Nearby are Daejeon Southwest Terminal, KTX Seodaejeon Station, and Daejeon Subway Line 1 Seodaejeon Negeori Station. Additionally, a new station for the Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2 tram is planned. The Daejeon Urban Railway is scheduled to open in 2027.

The educational infrastructure is also excellent. Yucheon Elementary School is located directly opposite, and nearby are Budnae Middle School, Doma Middle School, Daejeon Jeil High School, and Daeshin High School.

A sales official stated, "Hoban Summit Grand Central is the first new supply complex to be launched in Daejeon this year."

Hoban Summit Grand Central is scheduled for occupancy in January 2025.
