Coffee Bay Achieves Franchise Level Evaluation 'Grade 1' and Enters the 'Hall of Fame'

[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Coffeebay announced on the 26th that it received the highest grade, ‘Grade 1,’ in the franchise level evaluation. At the same time, it was honored by being selected as an ‘Excellent Franchise’ and inducted into the ‘Hall of Fame.’

The ‘Franchise Level Evaluation,’ hosted by the Small Enterprise and Market Service, plays a role in providing annual evaluations and information on franchise brands to help prospective entrepreneurs achieve successful startups. It subdivides five categories?headquarters characteristics, contract characteristics, franchisee support, relationship quality, and system performance?and conducts rigorous assessments including document review, franchisee surveys, and on-site inspections, then classifies and evaluates them into four grades.

Coffeebay received high scores evenly across all evaluation categories and was certified as ‘Grade 1,’ the highest grade, for the fifth consecutive year this year. Along with this, it was selected as an excellent franchise for nine consecutive years, an honor given only to brands designated as Grade 1 or 2, and was inducted into the Hall of Fame after receiving Grade 1 evaluations for five consecutive years since 2017.
