Jungjingong Supports 8,200 People with 55 Billion Won through Win-Win Cooperative Mutual Aid in Collaboration with Private and Public Sectors

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kim Hak-do, hereinafter referred to as SBC) announced on the 25th that it held an event at the CJ CheilJedang headquarters to commemorate the first maturity of the win-win cooperation type Tomorrow Filling Deduction in the private sector.

The win-win cooperation type Tomorrow Filling Deduction is a collaborative model in which SBC supports the contribution fees of supported companies in cooperation with large corporations, public institutions, and local governments to reduce the burden on small and medium-sized enterprises and realize mutual growth with partner companies. Since 2015, SBC has signed agreements with 24 local governments, 23 public institutions, and 5 large corporations, supporting the long-term employment of about 8,200 core personnel in small and medium-sized enterprises through win-win deduction collaboration.

SBC and CJ CheilJedang have been operating the win-win cooperation type deduction project since 2017, supporting 92 employees from 23 partner companies to date. In addition, CJ CheilJedang is also supporting stable fund management and business activities of partner companies through direct fund support systems and win-win funds linked with financial institutions.

SBC explained that this case is meaningful as it is the first maturity case among private collaborations with five large corporations, realizing long-term employment of workers and mutual growth with partner companies.
