Muhayu Selected as a '2022 Youth-Friendly Small Giant Company' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor

AI technology company Muhayu (CEO Shin Dong-ho) announced that it has been selected as a ‘2022 Youth-Friendly Small Giant Company’ by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.


The Ministry of Employment and Labor annually discovers youth-friendly small giant companies that are excellent small and medium-sized enterprises with working conditions desired by young people. It evaluates the working conditions of applicant companies and selects outstanding companies in each area such as wages, work-life balance, and employment stability. Youth-friendly small giant companies receive benefits such as recruitment support services and preferential financial support.


Among them, Muhayu was selected as a youth-friendly small giant company by receiving high evaluations in all areas of wages, work-life balance, and employment stability.


Muhayu has an employment retention rate of over 97%, and regular employees account for more than 99% of all employees. It contributes to job creation through a 22% increase in youth employment compared to the previous year. The company plans to actively pursue new recruitment to secure talent in 2022 as well.


In addition, Muhayu values employees’ work-life balance by supporting refresh leave for long-term employees, health checkups, rest and exercise facilities, and education and book purchase expenses.


Shin Dong-ho, CEO of Muhayu, said, “In 2022, we will continue efforts to create youth employment and improve employment stability, and strengthen the position of Muhayu’s technology and products in the market that requires automated document review through active talent development.”


Meanwhile, Muhayu has been recognized for its natural language processing technology and service operation capabilities in the document review field by developing the plagiarism detection service Copykiller. The company is expanding its market by developing the recruitment document review service ‘Prism’.
