[Asia Economy Reporter Yoon Seul-gi] Former lawmaker Yoo Seung-min, who has been silent since the People Power Party presidential primary and has refrained from making statements related to the presidential election, raised his voice against Kim Gun-hee, the spouse of presidential candidate Yoon Seok-yeol, who claimed in the so-called '7-hour recording' that he performed a gut ritual.

On the 23rd, Yoo posted on his Facebook, stating, "I clearly declare that all the parts Kim Gun-hee mentioned about me in the recording are false fabrications," denying Kim's claims.

Earlier, MBC Newsdesk reported on the 22nd under the title "'You are destined to be a prosecutor'... Fortune teller's advice at every critical moment?" featuring a call recording between reporter Lee Myung-soo of the YouTube-based media 'Seoul's Voice' and Kim. In the released recording, Kim said, "In this field, everyone reports to me about who performs gut rituals, who goes to fortune tellers, and such. I have never been to a fortune teller. It's all just talk. Bring me evidence. I have none, actually."

When reporter Lee asked, "Did Hong Joon-pyo also perform a gut ritual?" Kim replied, "Yes." When Lee asked, "Yoo Seung-min too?" she also answered, "Yes."

Regarding the previously released recording where Kim claimed that Yoo Seung-min's political maneuvering caused candidate Yoon to be embroiled in the so-called 'prosecution report scandal,' Yoo strongly refuted, saying, "I have never orchestrated the prosecution report scandal," and added, "Though it is not even worth mentioning, I clearly state the facts."
