LG Energy Solution, 6 Largest Subscription 'Big Hands'... "Deposit of 72.9 Billion KRW Per Person"

According to the securities issuance performance report of LG Energy Solution on the 21st, six individuals each subscribed for 486,000 shares through the lead underwriter KB Securities.

The deposit amount paid by these six 'big investor' subscribers reached 72.9 billion KRW per person.

Including both equal allocation and proportional allocation, each person was assigned between 3,644 and 3,646 shares. Based on the public offering price of 300,000 KRW per share, the stock valuation amounts to approximately 10.9 billion KRW.

A total of 318 investors subscribed for more than 67,000 shares and paid deposits exceeding 10 billion KRW at three securities firms: KB Securities, Daishin Securities, and Shinhan Financial Investment.

An investor who paid 10.05 billion KRW and subscribed for 67,000 shares was allocated 502 to 504 shares at KB Securities, 525 to 527 shares at Shinhan Financial Investment, and 523 shares at Daishin Securities for a subscriber of 68,000 shares.

During the subscription period from the 17th to 18th, the total subscription deposit at seven securities firms amounted to approximately 114.1 trillion KRW. This exceeds SK IE Technology (SKIET)'s record of 81 trillion KRW in April last year by more than 30 trillion KRW, marking the largest scale in the history of domestic IPOs.

The number of subscription cases was about 4.424 million, setting a record for the highest number since the ban on multiple subscriptions.
