According to officials, ahead of the model house opening on Friday the 21st, all 1,320 planned teams for the three-day opening period had completed their reservations within just one day after the pre-visit reservations opened on the website from Wednesday the 19th, highlighting the complex’s popularity.
The concentrated interest from buyers in the complex is analyzed to be due to its supply as long-term general private rental housing, which is gaining popularity in the unstable real estate market. Long-term general private rental housing is a type of housing supplied to increase housing availability and stabilize housing prices, offering the advantage of stable residence without moving concerns for 10 years. Additionally, anyone nationwide aged 19 or older can apply regardless of subscription savings or home ownership status, and there are no restrictions based on home ownership, making it easier to apply compared to general housing.
