‘Changwon Gamgye Desiang’ Non-Sequential Subscription Application Opens on the 25th

Taeyoung Construction and Daejeo Construction announced that they will accept non-priority subscription applications for the new apartment complex "Changwon Gamgye Desiang," which will be supplied in Gamgye 2 District, Uichang-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongnam, on Tuesday, January 25.

The winners will be announced on Friday, January 28, and document submission for the winners will be accepted for three days from Saturday, February 5 to Monday, February 7. Also, unlike regulated areas where re-winning restrictions apply if selected in a non-priority subscription, this complex is located in a non-regulated area, so there are no re-winning restrictions even if selected.

A sales official stated, "Changwon Gamgye Desiang, which successfully closed the first priority subscription last month with a competition rate as high as 12.52 to 1, is conducting a non-priority subscription due to the occurrence of disqualified applicants. The non-priority subscription does not require a subscription savings account, and especially this complex is supplied at a reasonable price compared to nearby market prices, making it a good opportunity for actual demand buyers."
