Security Council members delivered heaters and winter underwear to these institutions and residents, provided tips on overcoming the cold wave, and checked on their well-being.
Jang Chi-dae, chairman of the Security Council, said, "We prepared this sharing to help neighbors in difficulty who are going through a hard time due to COVID-19, even if just a little," and added, "We will continue to strive to make this year one of practicing interest and love for our neighbors."
