Daejeon Guam-dong 611 Street Housing Maintenance Project (left) and Episode Sinchon 2 Perspective View Bando Construction announced on the 20th that it has consecutively secured the street housing maintenance project in Guam-dong 611 area, Daejeon, and the Episode Sinchon 2 new construction project.
The recently secured street housing maintenance project is a development located at 611 Guam-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, consisting of 4 buildings with 212 households in total, ranging from 2 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, with a contract construction cost of 52.9 billion KRW.
The Episode Sinchon 2 new construction project, contracted with SK D&D, is a project to build one building with 7 basement floors to 18 above-ground floors in Nogosan-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, including 98 rental housing units, a youth startup support center, and commercial facilities. The contract construction cost is 42.8 billion KRW.
