Twosome Place Launches 2022 Strawberry Season Cake

The season’s signature cake, the Strawberry Cheese Basket, is a basket-shaped cheesecake filled with fresh strawberries, boasting a rich visual appeal. It features a soft baked cake base topped with a cheese milk mousse made by mixing cream cheese and mascarpone cheese, allowing you to enjoy a harmonious blend of various cheese textures and flavors.

Two types of mini souffl? cakes, perfect as light gifts for Valentine’s Day or White Day, have also been released as individual pieces. The Strawberry Fresh Cream Cheese Souffl? is a light and fluffy souffl? cheesecake topped generously with fresh and smooth strawberry fresh cream, with fresh strawberries added on top to evoke the freshness of spring. The Milk Fresh Cream Chocolate Souffl? is a sweet and slightly bitter chocolate souffl? cheesecake topped with tangy wild raspberry pur?e, soft milk fresh cream, and fresh strawberries.

The tart filled with fresh strawberries layers fragrant berry mousse and white sheets on a crispy and savory almond tart, topped with fresh strawberries, adding not only taste but also visual enjoyment.
