[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] LX Hausys is taking a full-scale step to create youth jobs by fostering domestic interior industry talent in collaboration with Daejin University.
On the 20th, LX Hausys announced that it signed the 'LX Hausys-Daejin University Interior Home Planning Expert Training Business Agreement' at Daejin University located in Pocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do.
The business agreement between the two parties aims to cultivate experts through a field-customized practical interior training course, and students who complete the course will be directly linked to employment, ultimately contributing to the revitalization of the domestic interior industry and the creation of youth jobs.
Starting this year, the two parties will establish a new lecture titled 'LX Z:IN Interior Home Planning Expert Training' as a senior major subject in the 'Living Home Tech Convergence Major' course of the Human IT College at Daejin University.
Graduating students who have completed practical training will be given an interview opportunity without a document screening process. Unless there are special disqualifications, they are expected to be hired as managers at LX Z:IN interior dealerships nationwide from August, following their preferences and additional hiring procedures.
In the future, the two parties plan to establish a separate department related to interior industry talent training, operate it segmented by academic year, and develop it into a more systematic curriculum.
