"From Strawberries to Pheasants" Seoul Dragon City Presents Seasonal and Health-Boosting Dishes Seoul Dragon City, 'Want to Eat Strawberries Before You Go?' Promotion.

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Seoul Dragon City announced on the 19th that it will introduce seasonal dishes that stimulate the appetite and maximize gourmet experiences for the winter season.

The new winter special menu at Seoul Dragon City consists of rare and exotic course meals and dessert dining that span both Eastern and Western cuisines.

At the Sky Kingdom 31st floor lounge bar 'King's Vacation,' guests can enjoy dessert dining featuring strawberries through the 'Strawberry Eat and Stay' promotion. It is available in two options: a strawberry dessert tower with one bottle of sparkling wine, and a strawberry semi-buffet with unlimited sparkling wine. The promotion runs until April 24.

French bistro 'A La Maison Wine & Dine' offers the 'THE HUNT' course. The full-course meal is prepared with ingredients known to help restore energy, such as quail and pheasant. Pairing wines that complement the dishes are also recommended. It is available on the first floor of the Grand Mercure Hotel from the 21st of this month until the 28th of next month.

On the 26th floor of Novotel Suites, 'THE 26' presents the Korean course 'Jeonggalhan Sang.' This course includes appetizer, main dish, side dishes, and dessert served in order, featuring pheasant dumplings, which were considered precious dishes indispensable at royal banquets during the Joseon Dynasty, and a refreshing pufferfish hot pot soup. It will be available until the 27th of next month.
