[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Plaza Hotel, operated by Hanwha Hotels & Resorts, announced on the 19th that it will offer 'Seol Premium Gift Sets' made with ingredients and packaging selected by experts from various fields within the hotel until the 26th.

The Plaza Hotel Seol Premium Gift Sets are composed of about 96 different products ranging from 10,000 KRW to 2.7 million KRW, directly selected by the hotel's expert group including chefs, sommeliers, florists, and room specialists. All products are packed and delivered directly by hoteliers, making them even more trustworthy. A variety of products priced under 200,000 KRW, in compliance with the Anti-Graft Act, are also offered to expand customer choices.

There are two types of health-boosting dishes offered. Chu Shengluo, the head chef responsible for the Chinese restaurant Dowon, presents 'Dowon Herbal Wonchung Buldogjang,' one of the world's top three health foods containing Dowon's secret recipe, and 'Premium Soy Sauce Abalone,' made with the finest abalone and natural seasoning.

Steady sellers that sell out every year, such as 'The Plaza Korean Beef Meat Set' and 'Premium Dried Yellow Corvina,' are also offered in more diverse options. The Plaza Korean Beef Meat Set includes flower sirloin, striploin, fan-shaped cut, brisket, and tenderloin, accompanied by a special sauce made by the hotel chef. The premium dried yellow corvina is carefully selected from Yeonggwang Beopseongpo, salted with sun-dried salt and Artemisia powder.

The hotel's own brand (PB) products reflecting Plaza Hotel's brand identity, the 'P Collection,' are also available as gift sets. These include three types of diffusers with the hotel scent, baby shower gowns, and room & fabric sprays.

Reservations for gift sets must be made at least three days in advance, and limited product configurations may sell out early. A hotel official said, "The Plaza Hotel holiday gift sets have been receiving great love, with sales growing by more than 40% annually," adding, "We will continue to offer luxurious and unique product compositions so that Plaza Hotel will be the first to come to mind when thinking of holiday gift sets."
